With Mother's Day just around the corner it's time to celebrate those
mother figures in your life.
Join us for a fabulous morning at Poho Flowers and learn how to make a hand-tied bouquet with the freshest flowers this season has to offer.
Whether you're interested in floristry or just want a fun day out with your loved ones or friends, this workshop is open to all skill levels. Our wonderful florist Sophie will cover skills such as conditioning, flower selection and arranging. You will also learn about how our flowers are grown, where they come from and their seasonality.
Our classes are held in an intimate and relaxed setting in our beautiful studio in Waterloo. Refreshments and pastries will be available for you to devour throughout the class.
All tools, materials and flowers will be provided and you will be able to take home your creation at the end of the class to either enjoy at home or to gift.
Your Host
Sophie Kresevic is a warm and confident presence at Poho Flowers, after three and a half years on staff, and two of those years as co-Retail Manager.
With a decade in the floral industry under her belt, (including the successful launch and running of her own business) — and a previous degree in interior architecture, she pairs a seasoned and well trained eye with a personable nature and attention to detail that makes her an intuitive and generous teacher and florist.
When she isn’t working as a full time florist, she teaches Pilates with an emphasis on relationship and skill building with her clients. Sophie welcomes you to join her for a creative and relaxing morning at Poho Flowers.
